Off-Season
(Winter)

This is not an official program and only offered on an ad-hoc basis. Some of our coaches will provide off-season training for high school athletes preparing for their season or youth athletes that are willing to make the extra commitment.

The Summer Competitive Team is a separate, selective program with limited spots, built for athletes ages 8–18 who are ready to train and compete at a higher level. Athletes compete in USATF regular-season meets throughout the summer, working toward Junior Olympic Association, Regional, and National Championships. Some meets will involve travel within the greater Seattle area and have their own entry fees. Spectators at track meets will also have entrance fees per event.

The program starts June 1st. High school athletes can join in after their school season ends.

There may also be additional sessions for focused field-event training, depending on coach availability.
